pec88 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform
These terms govern your use of pec88 and form a binding agreement between you and pec88. By accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and pec88 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the pec88 website, mobile platform and all associated services available at pec88.org. These Terms apply to all persons who access or use pec88, whether as registered members or as visitors.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1Eligibility
To register and use pec88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. pec88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point.

- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and KYC verification.
- You must not be an existing pec88 account holder opening a duplicate account. One account per person is strictly enforced.
- You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of pec88 or any affiliated entity.
pec88 reserves the right to close any account at any time if it determines that eligibility criteria are not met or have ceased to be met, including where a user is later found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration. In such cases, any winnings accrued will be forfeited.
2Account Registration and Security
Each eligible person may hold only one account on pec88. When you register, you are required to provide truthful and accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. pec88 uses your registered mobile number as your primary account identifier.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or OTP with any third party.
- Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you. pec88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
- pec88 reserves the right to request identity documents (national ID, passport, utility bill) for KYC verification at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
- pec88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms, that is involved in suspected fraud or money laundering activity, or that pec88 has reason to believe was opened using false information.
You may close your pec88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no ongoing investigation is in progress.
3Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
pec88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are typically credited to your pec88 wallet instantly or within a few minutes.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
- pec88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
- pec88 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own service charges. Please check with your provider.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. pec88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 60 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, bank holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.
- Withdrawals will only be approved once all active bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the relevant bonus being forfeited.
- pec88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification or where a security review is in progress.
- In the event of account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completed verification.
pec88 is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or events outside pec88's reasonable control including national holidays in Bangladesh.
4Bonuses and Promotions
pec88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions and other promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual offer page.
- Bonuses are personal to the member to whom they are issued and may not be transferred, shared or used by any other person.
- pec88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation of promotional terms, or breach of these Terms.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game and for the duration stated in the promotion details. Expired free spins are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may only be claimed once per person, mobile number and payment method. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed.
5Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pec88. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and may have winnings forfeited. pec88 reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct to the relevant authorities.
- Opening or operating more than one account on pec88, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to access, navigate or interact with pec88.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using pec88 to obscure the origin of funds.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing cards or game information in live dealer games.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
- Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward pec88 staff or other members in any support channel or communication medium.
pec88 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and law enforcement agencies to identify and address prohibited conduct. Players who engage in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to recover any forfeited balances or winnings and may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings.
6Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit to your pec88 wallet.

- Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pec88. During a self-exclusion period you will not be able to log in, deposit or receive promotional communications.

7Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pec88 content without prior written consent from pec88.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pec88 for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms and does not include the right to scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from pec88 in any form.
8Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pec88 excludes all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
pec88 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service outages may temporarily affect platform availability. pec88 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
9Amendments and Governing Law
pec88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pec88 will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number on their account, and will post an updated version of these Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of pec88 after notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of pec88 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be referred to binding arbitration. By using pec88, you consent to this dispute resolution process.
